Sweaters

There are also a wide variety of sweaters and shrugs. They are handknitted by the owner's aunt! That is quality you will not find at your local PetSmart!

I was lucky enough to get to ask the owner Robin a few questions. Please read on for her answers!

1.How did you get into sewing/creating clothes?

My mom taught me how to sew when I was 11-12 years old.  I loved sewing my own clothes, - then my daughter's.  I have sewn everything from clothes, crafts, curtains, cows, pigs, bunnies, you name it.  When I purchased my pug, Buford in 2006, I wanted to get him a shirt to wear.  But pugs are very hard to fit.  I went to the sewing store and purchased a few patterns.  After making several items for friends and family, I was just hooked.

 2. How many dogs do you have? What breeds? What are their names? Would you like to share a picture?
I love dogs.  My family has had some kind of dog for as long as I can remember.  I only have one dog - Buford.  I have attached a couple of pictures of him.  Buford thinks he's a little boy and really does not like other dogs - even pugs.  I would love to have another dog but right now Buford is it. Below is a picture of him.

3. Do you dress your dog up? What is your favorite outfit to put them in?

Yes I do dress Buford up.  Does he like it?  Let's just say he's getting used to it.  I love to dress him up in his leather jacket with the doggy skull on the back.  He doesn't seem to mind that one...lol.  He is the pug model on my site.

4. What's your all time favorite outfit that you make?
I really do love to create the dresses.  They are so much fun and the dogs look so adorable.

5.  I love looking through the pictures on your site. However, my dog is a crazy ball of energy! Any tips on getting them to relax so they can get into their adorable outfits?
I usually start by telling Buford how handsome he is and then I really make over him when he get's in his outfit.  But the adorable dogs on my site love wearing clothes and their parents love dressing them up.

What a handsome boy, oh yes you are!!
